A plan to help you decide what to share, when to share it, and where to share it.
Words for travel websites, blogs, articles, reports, and case studies.

Hello, I’m Helen. I started my career working on community projects and sustainable tourism in Wales, before spending the next 10 years working in PR for some amazing travel brands and destinations, from Brighton to Bermuda.
I’ve lived in Jerusalem and Rome, London and Liverpool, and all across Wales. I’ve seen the good and the bad - from a traveller’s perspective and a resident’s (Rome at the height of summer… Palestine at any time of year).
I’ve also got a Professional Certificate in Responsible Tourism from the ICRT (International Centre for Responsible Tourism) and a few other qualifications in writing (digital copywriting, travel journalism, UX writing).
Now, I help tourism businesses communicate what they’re doing to be more sustainable, and have a keen radar for green BS.
When I’m not writing or figuring out what to write, I’m being a fair-weather vanlifer, exploring Wales, or trying to keep pot plants alive.
I’ve been working with words for over 15 years, and have a few real-life certificates to back up these fanciful claims.
I was a PR for ten years – in-house and agency-side – and have been a professional copywriter for five. I’m a member of the ProCopywriters Alliance and am always looking for opportunities to learn.
“Helen understood very quickly how to capture the feelings, the essence and the message of the content she had to write and correct.”
